33KNG merchandise is made to order and fulfilled by our print partner (Printful). Please read the details below.
Overview
All items are custom-produced when you place an order. Because of this, we generally do not accept returns or exchanges for buyer’s remorse (wrong size, color preference, or change of mind).
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or you receive the wrong item, we will replace it or issue a refund at no cost to you.
How to Request Help
Contact us within 30 days of delivery and include:
- Your order number
- A brief description of the issue
- Clear photos showing the problem (and the shipping label if possible)

Sizing Issues
Please review the size chart on each product page before ordering. Since items are made to order, we typically can’t offer refunds/exchanges for sizing issues. If you’re unsure, consider ordering one size up or contact us before purchasing.
Lost Packages / Delivery Issues
If tracking shows “delivered” but you didn’t receive the package, contact the carrier first and notify us. If a package is confirmed lost in transit, we’ll work with the fulfillment partner to resolve it.
Refund Processing
Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method. Processing times vary by payment provider.
